Jerome Reid is a self proclaimed disrupter and the new Director of the Royal Australian Air Force’s Plan Jericho. Plan Jericho provides the strategic framework for Air Force’s transformation to a 5th-generation integrated fighting force. Through Plan Jericho, Air Force will ensure it meets the expectations of Government outlined in Defence White Paper 2016. The Plan Jericho vision is to develop a future force that is agile and adaptive, fully immersed in the information age and truly joint. Mr Phil Hayes-St Clair
Phil is Senior Vice President, Business Development at inkl and a serial entrepreneur. Prior to inkl, Phil was CEO and Co-Founder at AirShr, a world-first audio recognition and interaction technology for radio. Phil led user-centred design product teams at Suncorp and AMP, prior to which he was an Australian Army soldier. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science from QUT, an MBA from AGSM and is an Ambassador at both Soldier On and Inspiring Rare Birds. Phil blogs each week about entrepreneurship and makes the iTunes podcast Founder To Founder. He started his first venture aged 10 and has represented Australia in triathlon.
